Pursuant to TSA Secure Flight Program requirements, travelers are required to make reservations in the name that is listed on his or her passport and/or government-issued document he or she will use for travel. Travelers must ensure their names are shown correctly on invoices and travel package documents. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, you will be responsible for any applicable name change fees.

Group Reservations

Groups will be assigned a group leader who is responsible for decisions for the group. Group leaders are required to provide the client with Bon Amis Travel company website (bonamistravel.com) to read and confirm terms and condition policies and the Bon Amis Experience document to each person in the group to solidify the group dynamics. By booking your trip as a group, you are authorizing your group leader to make any final decisions regarding plans for the trip.

Payments and Cancellation Policy

A deposit is due at the time a reservation is made. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All reservations, except where specified, will require a deposit and will clearly specify the amount due as well as monthly payment plans, if applicable. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment is not made by the advertised final payment due date.

Most payments to us are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is because we have contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This policy enables us to keep our package prices competitive and allows you to make monthly payments on your vacation. Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email to admin@bonamistravel.com. This email should include your name as shown on your reservation, date of travel, and your booking/reservation number. Cancellation requests do not mean any compensation will be received. Air vouchers will be issued based on the airline’s refund/credit policy.

Exceptions apply to those who purchase insurance, which in that case, clients will be compensated according to insurance policy. Please note: Insurance protects your investment. This means, if you do not pay for your trip and you cancel the trip; whatever you did pay for is what is protected. If you make changes to a package policy that has insurance, but the trip has not been paid in full; your investment is what is protected and you will be responsible for any additional supplier/vendor fees which will be determined by said supplier/vendor on the date of requested change or cancellation.

By submitting a deposit or payment, you formally accept our Terms and Conditions as stated herein. Any violation on your part will constitute a breach and forfeiture of any and all payments.

Prices

Prices are correct at the time of publication and subject to change until vacation is booked as airfares, aircraft availability, hotel rates and room availability, tour prices and availability, ticket prices for events, vehicle type, and transfer availability continually fluctuate and add applicable surcharges, package prices and availability may change from the time reservation is made until the time it is physically booked. In the event of a computer or human error, we reserve the right to produce a revised invoice reflecting the correct price or service.

Travel Documentation

Traveler is responsible for ensuring that he or she meets foreign entry requirements and that his or her travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and compliant. We urge customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant governments prior to booking travel to international destinations. Passports must have 6 months or more left on his or her passport on the date of travel.

Airline Policy

We are not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the applicable airlines. Airline schedules and flights are subject to change, delay, or cancellation without notice. We are not responsible for penalties incurred for tickets, international or domestic, not issued by us due to schedule and/or flight changes. Airline reservations completed online are subject to review and should we deem it necessary, may be rebooked to match minimum connecting time requirements and/or travel package itineraries, in which case the customer will be notified immediately.

Airlines reserves the right to demand immediate issuance of tickets whenever they determine that specific flights are heavily booked, even when normal ticketing rules do not require tickets to be issued until a later date. In this instance, we will require immediate and full payment of the airfare. This situation overrides invoice terms and conditions, and payment due dates through any payment plans you may enter into with us. If full payment is not received, seats will be cancelled by the airline and may not be available to be rebooked on the same flights or at the same airfare. Any replacement air arrangements and airfare will be the sole responsibility of the traveler. We will do our best to use major carriers for these flights. There may be times when discount carriers are used. Travelers will be notified beforehand if this is the case.

Hotels and Cruises

Our hotel and cruise ship profiles are based upon information provided to us by hotel and cruise ship partners and their representatives, including images and descriptions of individual properties. We do our best to maintain current information, however we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, changes in description details or amenities, or images provided by third parties.

Cruise itineraries and ships are subject to change without notice. Furthermore, cruise ships may be chartered and/or departure dates canceled, in which case all monies will be refunded in accordance with applicable cruise line policy. We take no responsibility for ship substitutions or itinerary changes imposed by a cruise line, and we are not responsible for any losses you may incur, including the issuance and/or cancellation of airline tickets or visa fees.

Vendor Rules and Restrictions

Additional terms and conditions from our suppliers and vendors will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Please read these additional terms and conditions carefully. In particular, if you have purchased an airfare, please ensure you read the full terms and conditions of carriage issued by the supplier, which can be found on the supplier/vendor’s website. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due, and compliance with the supplier/vendor's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Airfare is only guaranteed once the purchase has been completed and the tickets have been issued. Airlines and other travel suppliers may change their prices without notice.

You acknowledge that some third-party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier/vendor's rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
